Terms for Cancellation & Refunds of Deo GPS™

By visiting our website &/or using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
In any case, the refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and will not be more that the transaction payment received in Indian Rupees in our accounts.
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 8802200109.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified.
Terms of Refund:
In case a cancellation has not been requested & the Courier is not received at the address given subject to conditions mentioned in this policy, Courier charges along with payment processing fee would be charged. Refund for balance amount would however be processed only after we receive the package back & the contents along with its conditions are verified.
You may also seek to receive the refund in form of Deo GPS™ Discount on other products. Please send a request to our support team for the same.
For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Please contact customer support for details.
All our orders are packaged & processed diligently & go through Manual Quality check before being handed over to our courier partners. Please do not accept packages which are visibly in damaged conditions, or look tampered with. Also, please call our customer care at +918802200109 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID & relevant details.
Customized Products cannot be returned at all since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand.
Products once purchased, if delivered in a defective/damaged condition, can only be returned within 5 days, in 100% unused condition. Please connect with our support team on +91-8802200109 or firstname.lastname@example.org for details within 5 days of receiving the order with Order Id details, image of the product with invoice. A replacement would be initiated after verification & processing of the request.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
o Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
o Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
o Serial Number is tampered
o Product is used or altered
o If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
o Free product provided by brand
For payments done through credit/debit cards, Mobile Wallets or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Any other requests for reversal may be made but may not be accepted by our team.
Generally, returns across all payment options take between 5 to 7 working days (excluding holidays) to reflect in your account and sometimes the process takes 8 to 10 working days, depending on the associated bank. If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, please reach out to us for your refund details and then contact your respective banks & financial institutions. Reasonable support would also be provided for coordination with your respective banks where possible.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the original card / account only and not through any other mode of payment.
Our replacement policy allows you to request a replacement device at no additional cost if the device received by you is defective or is not as ordered. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept the item and hand the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD.
You will be eligible to get a replacement if
Our examination of the device shows a defect that qualifies the device for replacement
A replacement request is made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the delivery of the order
The device has been received in its unused, original condition; and
The device has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, price tags, labels, warranty card and any freebies and accessories obtained along with the original product.
Please note that replacement is subject to availability of a suitable replacement.
Please note that this policy only covers replacements for eligible products that are defective, or are not shipped as ordered. It will not cover routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during use or any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial or otherwise.
You may initiate a replacement request by calling our customer care services at +91-8802200109. Once you have discussed the nature of your replacement request with our customer care executives, they will try to resolve the issue with the device, and may, under certain circumstances, advice a replacement & it’s whole process.
Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail advising you on the estimated delivery date. Based on customer location, delivery span varies. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount subject to conditions of this policy.
Discount vouchers/coupons are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order & can’t be reused.
Any gift that is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product in its original conditions.
Any cash on delivery payments would be reversed to the bank account of the Buyer after verifying the details of the account.
